Irwin Garden is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with each of your purchases. We gladly accept returns and exchanges on full-priced, non-international orders within 14 days of the date purchased.

Return items must be in new condition with original tags attached. We will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. International orders and sale items / sample sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


For any returns or exchanges, you will need to send us the following items:
     - The original order invoice
     - The item/s being returned or exchanged

Footwear

Upon receiving your shoes, check the sizing by trying them on indoors, on a carpeted surface so as not to blemish the soles. We do not accept returns or exchanges on shoes that are scuffed, marked, or worn. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original designer shoe box, undamaged and free of postal labels. Footwear returns without the original designer packaging will not be accepted.

Sale / Sample Sale Items

Final Sale and Sample Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned Final Sale / Sample Sale item or items, the package will be returned to you, a Irwin Garden team member will notify you via email, and you will not receive a refund.

The Following Categories are Final Sale:

Sale Items
     - All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

International
      - International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
